Headlines on rocky.casino do not match. The homepage <title> promises Welcome Bonus + 100 free spins. The same page's hero block prints 200% up to $1,400 plus 150 free spins. Further down, the body copy says 700% up to $10,500 plus 450 free spins. All amounts appear with a bare $ and the site never states a currency, even though NZD is an account option.
What ties those figures together is staging. The bonuses copy on rocky.casino calls it a multi-stage welcome that totals 700% and 450 free spins, while the homepage hero shows only the first stage. The same page says each stage must be activated in the cashier before you deposit. It never lists the individual stages or their per-stage amounts, so you cannot see them in advance.

What those terms mean in practice
Here is the maths as rocky.casino prints it. The terms page says standard bonus wagering is 30x on bonus funds and sets a $7 maximum bet while wagering. The no-deposit page, and only that page, says a cash cap of 5x the deposit applies to the welcome bonus. Taken together, these numbers bound both how fast you can clear and how much you can cash out.
