Rocky Casino terms and conditions

On rocky.casino, NZD is listed as an account currency, welcome bonuses carry 30x wagering and $7 max bet, and two conflicting withdrawal tables leave minimums and payout times unclear.

The “Play now” button leads to a different casino.

Every figure on this page comes from rocky.casino, the brand's own site, checked on 25 August 2026. Rocky-branded look-alike domains and the unrelated operator RockySpin are not used as sources anywhere on this site.

The essentials first

Rocky Casino publishes many of its terms in plain sight, then tangles the details. On rocky.casino's terms page, bonus wagering is printed as 30x, the max bet while wagering is $7, and free-spin wins are capped at $150 unless the promo says otherwise. The same terms page puts a base daily withdrawal limit at $800 for lower account levels.

Those headlines do not stay stable across the site. The payments page and the homepage each carry their own withdrawal table, with different minimums and different payout windows for the same methods. The homepage title, hero and bonuses page disagree on how many free spins you get, and the no-deposit page caps the same 25 spins at $50 in one table and $150 further down. Even the daily $800 cap in the terms clashes with higher per-method caps on the homepage.

The licence line on rocky.casino credits the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles, a state structure dissolved in 2010, and 8048/JAZ2020-070 could not be confirmed in any public register. The brand launched in 2026. This suits bonus tinkerers who want wagering, max bet, free-spin caps and a daily ceiling stated up front. It will not suit anyone who needs consistent limits, tidy licensing language and a track record they can verify.

The contradictions, one by one

Every one of these is the operator disagreeing with itself, on its own pages, on the same day. None is a comparison with anybody else, and this is what was documented on 25 August 2026, not a claim that nothing else is left.

  1. The same no-deposit page caps the same offer twice, differentlyIts offer table gives the 25 free spins a maximum withdrawal of $50. Its Maximum Withdrawal table, further down the same page, gives the same 25 free spins $150.
  2. Free spins in the page title vs on the pageThe homepage the page title says "Welcome Bonus + 100 Free Spins". The hero on that same page says 150 free spins, and the bonuses page says the package totals 450.
  3. Two different withdrawal tablesThe homepage and the payments page publish different minimums, different caps and different payout windows for the same methods.
  4. Daily withdrawal capThe terms and the FAQ give a base daily cap of $800 for lower account levels, while the homepage table gives per-method daily caps of $1,000, $2,000 and $5,000.
  5. Reload frequencyOne paragraph calls it a monthly bonus, the next calls it a Wednesday bonus - same page.
  6. The appThe overview table says "no verified app", the FAQ says no verified listing was found, and yet Casino App sits in the main navigation with a page of installation instructions for an app the same page says may not exist.
  7. Named in an alt attribute and nowhere a reader would look"Featured Providers" and "Banking Options" render as strips of logo images with no text under them. Twenty studios and twenty payment brands sit on the page as image alt text: not one of them appears in either payment table, so not one carries a limit or a processing time. Two sentences of prose name five payment brands between them. No studio is named in body text or in any table at all - the studio names exist only in that alt text and burned into the artwork of the game tiles.
  8. Two of the payment logos cannot take a depositThe Banking Options strip carries OpenSea, an NFT marketplace, and MetaMask, a self-custody wallet. Neither is a funding method, and neither is in the deposit table.
  9. Mastercard is in the text but not in the stripThe homepage prose says "bank cards (Visa and Mastercard)". The logo strip on the same page carries Visa and no Mastercard.
  10. The deposit tables disagree too, not just the withdrawal onesThe homepage deposit table and the payments-page deposit table give different maximums and different minimums for the same methods.
  11. A casino-only lobby with a sportsbook in the navigationThe overview paragraph calls it "a casino-only lobby", while Betting sits in the main navigation of the same page.
  12. The $7 maximum bet is a rule on one page and an example on anotherThe terms page states it flatly: "Bonus bets are subject to a maximum bet limit of $7 while wagering." The promo-codes page hedges the same figure into an illustration: "for example, some promotions limit the maximum bet to $7 during wagering, but limits vary by offer." It matters, because breaking a max bet is how a bonus gets voided.
  13. Deposit fees are published in one place and withheld in anotherThe homepage deposit table prints a fee of "0-2%" on bank cards and zero on the rest. The payments page says "specific fees may only appear after you pick a method".
  14. The overview table leaves out a support channel the contact page publishesThe homepage overview row reads "Support | Live chat and contact form". The contact page also gives an email address, a second address for general enquiries, and a phone number with call-back.
  15. Half the navigation does not openThe VIP Club, Help Center, Self Exclusion, AML/KYC, Slots and Live Casino pages do not serve their content to us: six of them return a Cloudflare "Just a moment..." challenge that names a different host, gotocasino.online, and the Promotions page returns an unresolved shell titled "Loading...". So the lobby, the VIP ladder, the KYC policy and the self-exclusion tool could not be checked.
  16. Who wrote the siteThe pages read like an affiliate wrote them, not the operator: "confirmed by our sources", "5,000+ claimed", "No verified iOS or Android app listing was found", "this offer is described as".
  17. The licence wording names a body that no longer existsThe footer credits the licence to "the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles". The Netherlands Antilles was dissolved in 2010. The number itself, 8048/JAZ2020-070, is in the legacy Curacao master-licence format that the 2023 reform was meant to replace, and it could not be found in any public register.
  18. The copyright line has no company in itThe footer reads "(c) 2026 . All rights reserved" - the entity name is simply missing, even though the about page does name GBL Solutions N.V.
  19. The winners ticker is in a currency the site says it does not takeEvery win in the Live Wins strip on the homepage is denominated in USD, while the overview table lists the accepted currencies as EUR, CAD, AUD and NZD.
  20. The VIP monthly caps and the daily cap do not fit togetherA base daily cap of $800 across a month is roughly $24,000, which is already far above the Silver tier's stated 5,000 per month - and the level bands do not line up either: the daily cap is quoted for "Levels 1-49" while the VIP tiers run 1-20, 21-40, 41-60.

Pros and cons

What Rocky Casino does publish

  • A $7 maximum bet, published in the terms
  • A cash cap for the welcome, published on the no-deposit page
  • Three published deposit-linked promo codes
  • NZD accepted as an account currency
  • A live lobby, visible in the homepage screenshot of 25 August 2026

What it gets wrong or leaves out

  • Three different welcome figures on one homepage
  • Two conflicting withdrawal tables with different minimums and payout times
  • No minimum age published anywhere on the site
  • Half the navigation unreachable, key pages blocked by a Cloudflare challenge

What the front page actually shows

Rocky Casino homepage on 25 August 2026, showing the welcome bonus banner and the game lobby
The homepage as it loaded for us on 25 August 2026. The hero shows 200% up to $1,400 plus 150 free spins - the first stage only - and the game row below it is a live lobby, not a graphic.

The welcome offer

Rocky Casino's welcome is presented as a multi-stage package. The homepage hero shows 200% up to $1,400 plus 150 free spins, and the bonuses page frames it as 700% up to $10,500 with 450 spins across stages. Rocky.casino says each stage must be switched on in the cashier before you deposit. The terms page puts standard wagering at 30x and a $7 max bet while wagering, and it caps free-spin winnings at $150 unless stated otherwise, with spins expiring after 7 days.

The term that actually decides what you can take out is a 5x-deposit cash cap on the welcome, but rocky.casino prints it only once, in a single table cell on the no-deposit page (rocky.casino/bonuses/no-deposit-bonus/) and nowhere else on the site. The site also calls the package multi-stage without listing the stages. The free-spins page adds a high-roller route from $110, and the homepage and bonuses page set a $30 minimum deposit. Activate each stage manually in the cashier first.

Bonus terms

Reading rocky.casino's terms first: the terms page says standard bonus wagering for promotional balances is 30x unless stated otherwise, and sets a maximum bet of $7 while wagering. The same terms text adds that free-spin winnings are subject to a win cap of $150 unless the promotion says otherwise. On the free-spins page, rocky.casino also says free-spin winnings carry 30x wagering and expire 7 days after credit. A bonus expiry time is not published.

Practically, the terms page's $7 cap means that, while you are clearing wagering, every individual stake needs to be $7 or less. If you play high-line slots or larger denominations, you would have to cut lines or coin size so the total per spin stays at or under $7, and avoid any single wager that exceeds it until wagering ends. rocky.casino prints $ amounts without naming the currency.

The game offering

rocky.casino says the lobby carries 5,000+ games, covering slots, live casino and table games, though the same homepage prose calls it a casino-only lobby while a Betting section sits in the main navigation. The Slots and Live Casino pages did not open at all on 25 August 2026, so the catalogue, counts, filters and live tables could not be checked. Treat the 5,000+ as the site's own claimed figure, not a checked one.

Under Featured Providers, rocky.casino renders a strip of twenty studio logos with no supporting body text or table. Studio names exist only in those logos' alt text and on the artwork of the game tiles. The tiles on the homepage carousel show Quickspin, Play'n GO, Booming Games, Big Time Gaming, NetEnt and Onlyplay. The live-dealer catalogue is not described here, because the Live Casino page did not open.

Studios, and where their names live

No studio is named in body text or in any table on rocky.casino. The names exist in two places only: the alt text of twenty logos, and the artwork of the game tiles themselves.

Studios in the Featured Providers stripLucky, Platipus, Blueprint, Evoplay, Push Gaming, Evolution, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Big Time Gaming, Wazdan, Playson, Pocket Games Soft, Endorphina, EGT Interactive, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, Amatic, Spinomenal, Kalamba Games

No studio is named in body text or in any table anywhere on the site; the names exist only burned into tile artwork and in the alt text of the Featured Providers logos. A carousel also rotates, so this is what appeared that day rather than a published list.

Licence and oversight

rocky.casino says it holds a gaming licence under the Curacao eGaming framework, issued by the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles, licence number 8048/JAZ2020-070. That phrasing appears on the site's own pages that opened. The same site names GBL Solutions N.V. as the operator of Rocky Casino. We are reporting the wording exactly as printed and not adding any detail the operator does not publish.

Two issues stand out. First, the credited issuer, the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles, was dissolved in 2010. Second, 8048/JAZ2020-070 follows the legacy Curacao master-licence format that the 2023 reform was meant to replace. This number could not be confirmed in any public register. That makes the claim unverified, not invalid, and this section will be updated if a public verification route appears.

A separate identity gap sits in the footer. The copyright line carries no company name at all, while the about page on rocky.casino names GBL Solutions N.V. as the operator and parent. We log that mismatch exactly as found. It is a documentation problem, and it matters because the site provides no public register result to cite.

Source: Rocky Casino homepage footer and about page (https://rocky.casino/about-us/), accessed 25 August 2026.

Safety and disputes

rocky.casino identifies GBL Solutions N.V. as the operator and says it holds Curacao eGaming licence 8048/JAZ2020-070, worded in the footer as issued by the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles. That number could not be confirmed in a public register. The dispute clause on rocky.casino offers only an internal dispute process and, as printed, names no external adjudicator and gives no regulator route. The site publishes no minimum age.

The brand launched in 2026 and has no public history yet. rocky.casino's own pages are inconsistent in places, and several key sections did not load on 25 August 2026, so they are not described here. Treat this brand as unknown rather than proven, in either direction.

Deposits and withdrawals

On the operator's own payments page, deposits by bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrency and prepaid vouchers start at $10, while bank transfer starts at $20, with printed maximums per method. Every amount is shown with a bare $, rocky.casino does not say which currency that is. For New Zealand readers, rocky.casino does list NZD among accepted account currencies. POLi or any NZ online-banking route is not named on the site.

Withdrawals are contradictory across rocky.casino. On the payments page, e-wallet withdrawals start at $20, bank transfer at $50, and crypto at $10, with cards quoted at 2-5 business days. The homepage table instead prints $10 for e-wallets, $100 for bank transfer, $20 for crypto, and 1-3 days for cards, plus per-method daily caps. The terms page puts a base daily limit at $800. You cannot tell which set applies, so ask in the cashier before depositing.

Compare it with the payments-page table above: minimum withdrawal by e-wallet is $10 here and $20 there, bank transfer is $100 here and $50 there, crypto is $20 here and $10 there, and card payouts are 1-3 days here and 2-5 business days there. Where the figures come from

rocky.casino was opened on 25 August 2026 in a real browser at desktop width, on public pages only. Page text was copied verbatim into notes so figures could be checked twice, and four screenshots were saved as a record. Where a page refused to load or stalled behind a challenge, it is not described. Contradictions were logged exactly as printed rather than harmonised.

The read-through deliberately skipped account registration, deposits and bonuses. That means there is no cashier screenshot and no first-hand payout timing on this page. All payout windows, limits and bonus rules are taken only from what rocky.casino itself prints on public pages, and when pages disagreed both versions were recorded rather than inferring which one was current.

Support

Rocky Casino lists live chat, a contact form, support@rocky.casino and info@rocky.casino, plus a phone line. On rocky.casino's support page, the Response Time notes say support@ typically replies within 1 business day, info@ within 48-72 hours, and that most inquiries are answered within one business day, with same-day replies for straightforward account questions or payment questions.

For New Zealand readers, the contact page prints +1 604 293 7812 and hours Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, with no time zone. That means you cannot tell when the phone desk is open locally, and the promise the brand makes is pointed at Canada: rocky.casino says, 'We aim to respond quickly to Canadian players.' The hours line also notes email responses may go out outside working hours.

What New Zealand's new law means for this account

New Zealand is in transition. The Online Casino Gambling Act 2026 passed its third reading on 23 April 2026 and supporting regulations are out. The DIA puts obligations on operators and their marketing, not players, and says: "There are currently no changes for online casino customers in New Zealand." During the transition, "providers must not advertise to people in New Zealand". Racing and sports betting have been closed to offshore operators since 28 June 2025. Licences are expected from early 2027.

The DIA sets two dates. Offshore casinos operating before 1 May 2026 may continue only until 1 December 2026. From 1 December 2026, "All other online casinos will be legally required to exit the New Zealand market." Up to 15 operators then gain the right to apply at auction, with licences expected from early 2027. Practically, any balance, unfinished wagering requirement or pending withdrawal that crosses that date carries exposure. We do not predict what any individual operator will do.

Against that backdrop, rocky.casino lists NZD among its accepted currencies, but no New Zealand licence exists yet for anyone. The DIA minimum age for casino gambling is 20. rocky.casino publishes no minimum age and its terms push the point back to you: "You must register with accurate personal information and comply with any age and residency requirements that apply where you play."

Responsible play at Rocky Casino

rocky.casino's responsible-gambling wording names no helpline, and the site says: 'Your provincial health services can point you to resources, counselling and treatment options available in your area.' Practical tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks and self-exclusion could not be verified: the Self Exclusion page in the navigation did not open.

For New Zealand readers, rocky.casino lists NZD as an account currency, but nothing else on-site is written for New Zealand and no local help is named. Its own advice routes to Canadian provincial services. Use the New Zealand support services we list in our own footer if you need immediate, local help.

Frequently asked

Who operates Rocky Casino and what licence does it claim?

rocky.casino says the site is operated by GBL Solutions N.V.

rocky.casino also states it holds licence number 8048/JAZ2020-070 under the Curacao eGaming framework, worded as issued by the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles. This number could not be confirmed in a public register.

What is the maximum you can actually withdraw from the welcome bonus?

On the operator's own bonus terms, rocky.casino puts a cash-out cap of 5x the deposit on welcome bonus funds, and says free-spin winnings are capped at $150 unless the promotion states otherwise.

Separately, rocky.casino's terms/FAQ say a base daily withdrawal limit of $800 applies for lower account levels, with higher limits possible after verification. The homepage prints a different set of per-method caps, and the two tables, both live on 25 August 2026, cannot be reconciled.

Can the max bet rule void a bonus?

rocky.casino's bonus terms set a $7 maximum bet per spin while wagering a bonus.

The pages that opened do not spell out the remedy for a breach. No forfeiture clause can be quoted, because rocky.casino does not publish one on those pages.

What happens at the first withdrawal?

rocky.casino's KYC text says verification usually requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of address, and that documents are typically expected within 30 days after a first withdrawal request.

Processing times and minimums are listed by method on the operator's payments page, but a second, conflicting withdrawal table appears on the homepage with different minimums and timeframes. Both were live on 25 August 2026.

Is there a dispute route beyond support?

rocky.casino says that if a matter cannot be resolved through normal support channels, it will provide details of the internal dispute process and next steps.

No external ADR or regulator contact route is named on the pages that opened, and the stated licence number could not be verified in a public register.

What does the date on this page mean?

It is the date rocky.casino was last loaded and the cited pages were read for figures and terms.

If you see different numbers on rocky.casino after that date, they may have changed, or you may be looking at one of the conflicting tables the operator publishes. Our practice is to read the terms page first and attribute every figure to the page it came from.

Summed up

To change this picture, the numbers on rocky.casino need to agree with each other. The payments page and the homepage publish different withdrawal tables, and rocky.casino's terms and FAQ put a base daily withdrawal limit at $800 for lower levels while the homepage lists per-method daily caps. A licence we can trace in a public register, a minimum age actually printed on rocky.casino, and a public track record would all move the needle.

For New Zealand readers, rocky.casino goes no further than listing NZD among accepted account currencies; the terms page says it accepts methods suitable for Canadian players and the about page is written for Canada. Clarity on which e-wallets are actually supported, NZD-denominated limits and any conversion fees, plus a local option such as POLi, would help. These findings reflect rocky.casino as opened on 25 August 2026.

Want the bonus rules or the payout limits next?

The terms above are the operator's own, as printed on 25 August 2026. The “Play now” button leads to a different casino.
